3-1 Remote Control

3-1.1 KVM Console

To open the KVM console, either click on the menu entry on the left, or on the console

picture on the right. To refresh the picture, click on the button “Refresh”.

3-1.2 Telnet Console

The IP module rmware features a Telnet server that enables a user to connect via a standard Telnet client.

In case the Telnet program is using a VT 100, VT 102 or VT 220 terminal or an according emulation, it is

even possible to perform a console redirection as long as the IP module host machine is using a text mode

screen resolution.
